21-st Century Skills:

21st-century skills are the 12 abilities that students need to improve in today’s world in order to stay competitive, be adequately competent in their career years, and be prepared globally during the Information Age. The 21st-century skills comprise a broad set of knowledge, social skills, work habits, and some necessary characteristics which can be applied to all careers and settings as ''required factors'' in someone’s life.

The Four C's & Creativity As a Learning Skill: Learning skills refers to ‘’universal needs’’ which vary in every individual’s career aspirations and goals as the four C’s. These skills give information about the mental processes which help individuals to build a decent work setting and a modern environment around themselves. The four C’s are the most popular abilities among the 21st-century skills as universal needs. And creativity is one of the learning skills.

Creativity, as a learning skill, is the ability to look at things from unique perspectives, produce different ideas, concepts, and adapt to different situations through innovation and imagination.

The Importance of Creativity in regard to Knowledge & Skills and Values: ↠ KNOWLEDGE & INFORMATION: A) By knowing and recognizing the limits of the world, one can create new ideas out of these boundaries and acceptably present unique concepts and contents. E) By knowing how to recognize failures and dealing with these difficulties based on their differences, one can overcome these difficulties by using their creative mind. F) By understanding and recognizing how creativity will affect careers in the future, one can have an idea about which fields will have an impact on an individual’s career and future progress.
